Our ‘altogether better’ Corporate Improvement Programme aims to give people the right tools for the job, helping us to make savings, be more efficient, raise performance, improve customer satisfaction and make the council a modern, forward-thinking local authority.

The initiative is made up of five themes, each sponsored by a corporate director and managed by a senior member of staff.

The overall sponsor for the Corporate Improvement Programme is Lorraine O’Donnell, the council’s Assistant Chief Executive.
